4-room villas have a 3rd bedroom upstairs. On the ground floor, they have a vast open plan area of approximately 40 m², which includes a living room with fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to a landing with access to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. Depending on their configuration, the villas have either a balcony of 6 m² or a recessed balcony housing a large terrace of 12 m² on the ground floor.

Some of these houses have been transformed by renovations, with the construction of an attic, the addition of a dormer window to form a 3rd room that is open on 2 sides and offers breathtaking views of the Lake, the nearby Alpine peaks and the surrounding nature.
