4/5-room villas have a 3rd bedroom upstairs and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, they have a vast open plan area of approximately 40 m², which includes a living room with fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to an extended landing that provides access to 3 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has private access to its own bathroom and toilet. This landing provides access to a 2nd bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
