The 3-room villas have a large open plan area on the ground floor which includes a living room with fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to a landing with access to 2 rooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Depending on their configuration, the houses have a balcony of 6 m² or a recessed balcony housing a large terrace of 12 m² on the ground floor.

Some of these houses have been transformed by renovations, with the construction of an attic, the addition of a dormer window to form a 3rd room that is open on 2 sides and offers breathtaking views of the Lake, the nearby Alpine peaks and the surrounding nature. Other renovations to the ground floor have increased the size of the main room, which provides this room with additional light and an additional toilet.

The hot water and heating are separate; all equipment is powered by electricity. The window fittings are solid wood and all windows are fitted with double glazing.
